Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart, proactive Operations Intern who is ready to get their hands dirty and learn how a fast-growing fashion startup actually runs behind the scenes. This is not a fixed-role internship — it’s for someone who thrives in chaos, takes ownership, and figures things out.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations across order management, inventory, and logistics
- Coordinate with warehouses, courier partners, and vendors
- Track and manage order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges
- Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Work closely with founders on ad-hoc problem solving and execution tasks
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and dashboards
- Support in marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) if required
What We’re Looking For
- Someone curious, street-smart, and action-oriented
- Strong problem-solving mindset (you don’t wait for instructions)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in fashion, D2C, or startups is a big plus

Location: Surat (On-site preferred)
Duration: 3–6 months
