Mahila Devi Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, purchases, billing, stock maintenance, and order tracking to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses
- Handle billing entries and ensure proper invoicing
- Manage and monitor stock, including regular stock verification
- Record inventory movement (inward and outward)
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Track and manage orders efficiently
- Assist in preparing financial reports
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Must have experience in Tally
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
- Experience in billing and inventory management preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
