REQUIREMENT
1. 8 to 14 years of operations experience.
2. At least 3 years managing other managers — not just managing a team. This role has four managers reporting into it from day one.
3. Experience of running a team of 40 or more people at some point in your career.
4. Experience of a stage-by-stage process that depends on outside approvals. Examples: US mortgage or loan processing, healthcare revenue cycle management or medical billing, insurance claims, title and escrow, or visa and immigration processing. You must have lived with submissions, third-party rejections, resubmissions, backlog ageing and turnaround-time targets.
5. Clear proof that you have improved an operation, not just run one. We will ask you what the numbers were when you joined and what they were when you left. Please be ready with real figures.
6. You have personally designed processes and written SOPs from scratch — not inherited and administered someone else's.
7. You have built reports or dashboards from nothing and can explain what you chose to measure and why.
8. You have managed an underperforming manager — either turned them around or moved them out — and can walk through what you did and how long you waited.
9. You are able and willing to work a full US night shift, on-site in Mohali, on a long-term basis.
10. Strong spoken and written English.
Strongly preferred ● MBA. ● Experience writing requirements for a software or product team. ● Experience in a fast-growing company where systems had to be built rather than maintained. ● Six Sigma, Lean or similar process improvement training — useful, though we care far more about what you have actually done with it than about the certificate.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
