Position Overview
As an Customer Success Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive sales conversions.
What You Will Do
Customer Engagement, Relationship Management, Problem Handling
Customer support management - provide excellent post-sales support, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship management - build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Coordinating with internal teams-collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, on-time delivery and overall customer delight.
Meeting Sales Target
Tracking & following up with existing customers for their repeat business in order to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Upselling to current customers.
Meeting collection targets.
New Business Development
Generating new leads
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, exhibitions, websites, direct leads etc.). Engage with leads, understand their requirements, and provide product/service information effectively.
Closing open leads
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Planning & Reporting
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for increasing sales opportunities.
Making & completing all training courses & collaterals creation & updation.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
Making MIS reports to review, plan, track current business.
What We Expect of You Essential
Functional Competencies & Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Computer proficiency, good in MS Word, Excel, using the internet, basic understanding of accounts.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
