Shift Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (UK Shift)
Salary: ₹25,000 (In-Hand) + Attractive Performance Incentives
About the Role
Vedika Technologies is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates who have prior experience in handling UK customers and possess excellent communication and sales skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting UK-based customers who have already shown interest in our products or services. These are warm leads, and your role will be to educate customers about our offerings, address their queries, build trust, and convince them to make a purchase at the earliest.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact UK-based customers who have already expressed interest in our products or services.
- Explain our services and products professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and address their queries.
- Build customer confidence and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up with prospective customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a UK Sales/Customer Support/UK Process.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must have a Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Candidate must have a Headset/Headphones for professional calling.
- The company will provide dialing minutes/calling facility only.
- Since this is a Work From Home position, candidates are expected to maintain a professional work environment and achieve the assigned targets.
Training
Complete product and process training will be provided before you begin handling customers, ensuring you are fully prepared to perform your responsibilities effectively.
Salary & Incentives
- ₹25,000 In-Hand Salary
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Candidates who consistently achieve or exceed their assigned targets will be eligible for additional incentive rewards.
Selection Process
- Every candidate must complete the application form with accurate and complete information.
- Incomplete application forms or forms containing inappropriate or insufficient answers will not be shortlisted for the next stage.
- All shortlisted candidates will undergo a telephonic interview.
- Candidates who successfully clear the interview will be offered employment subject to a 3-day probation period.
Probation Period
- Selected candidates will initially undergo a 3-day probation period while working from home.
- The probation period is fully paid and will be included in the employee’s salary.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be confirmed as permanent Work From Home employees of Vedika Technologies.
