We’re Hiring: Content Manager + Studio Manager (Full-Time)
-Location: Oatmilk Social Studio, Mohali/Chandigarh
Oatmilk Social is looking for a creative and highly organized individual to manage both our studio operations and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content creation and can also handle day-to-day studio management smoothly.
- Key Responsibilities – Content & Social Media
- Plan, create and manage content for Oatmilk Social and client brands
- Edit videos, reels, short-form content & basic graphics
- Strategize monthly content calendars and growth ideas
- Come up with engaging content concepts & trends
- Manage posting schedules and brand consistency
- Collaborate with creators & clients during shoots
- Key Responsibilities – Studio Management
- Manage daily studio bookings & shoot schedules
- Coordinate shoots happening at the studio
- Capture BTS content during shoots
- Ensure studio is clean, organized & shoot-ready
- Handle basic client coordination & on-ground execution
- Maintain equipment and studio setup flow
- Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Experience in content creation & editing (Reels/Short-form preferred)
- Good understanding of social media trends & brand content
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a studio environment
- Creative mindset + execution-focused attitude
- Photography/videography basics
- Social media growth experience
- Brand strategy understanding
- Canva / Premiere Pro / CapCut skills
Incentives: Upto INR 50,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
