Menora We2 Auto Detailing Studio is Irinjalakuda's #1 premium car care centre for Ceramic Coating, PPF, and Detailing. We are looking for a smart, reliable Shop Manager to run our branch independently.
About the Role
You will be the face of our business — managing everything from daily operations to staff, customers, billing, and compliance. This is a senior, trusted position with direct reporting to the business owner.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily jobs and technician workflow
- Handle customer calls, bookings, and ensure satisfaction
- Manage daily billing, cash, and accounts
- Coordinate material purchases and stock
- Recruit staff and process salaries on time every month
- Track and renew all business licences before expiry
- Maintain shop standards, discipline, and cleanliness
- Coordinate digital marketing team and marketting
What We Need
- 3 to 5 years experience managing a shop or business
- Honest, self-driven, and organised
- Good communication in Malayalam
- Basic computer skills — billing, WhatsApp, email
- Age up to 50 years
What You Get
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
