- Make outbound calls to a list of contacts provided by the company
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls when needed
- Record call outcomes, customer responses, and feedback in the system
- Handle objections professionally and follow call scripts or guidelines
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data entry
- Report issues or trends to supervisors for quality improvement
- Follow compliance and privacy regulations, including Do Not Call (DNC) rules
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
