About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while also supporting employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive workplace.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about building great teams and a vibrant work culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Organize employee recognition and reward initiatives.
- Coordinate employee birthday, festival, and team-building activities.
- Collect employee feedback and support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Assist in induction and employee onboarding programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a people-first approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 1+ years of HR recruitment experience.
- Experience in both recruitment and employee engagement.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
