About the Role
Lupin Diagnostics Bandra West is looking for professional Phlebotomists to join our team.
Home visits in nearby buildings and Blood promotion camps will be part of the responsibilities.
Final salary will be based on the interview and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients at the centre, home and assigned field locations.
- Follow proper venipuncture procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure timely sample collection as per assigned routes/slots.
- Maintain accurate labeling, packaging, and transportation of samples.
- Adhere strictly to infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
- Maintain professional behavior and patient-friendly communication at all times.
- Record patient details and collection reports accurately.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in blood collection techniques with strong laboratory skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medicines, and medical assisting.
- Relevant certification/diploma in phlebotomy, medical laboratory technology, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or in a similar healthcare role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive healthcare materials with care and professionalism.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
