We are hiring for an Accounts Manager for Manufacturing Inudstry
Experience: 8+ years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Location : Erode
Salary : Upto 7.2 Lakhs Per Annum
Key Responsibilities
# Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
# Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and budget analysis.
# Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and financial regulations.
# Monitor cash flow, working capital, costing, inventory accounting, and financial controls.
# Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
# Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring timely financial reporting and process improvements.
# Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
# Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
# Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
# Handle accounting activities up to finalization of accounts and coordinate the completion of statutory, tax, and internal audits.
# Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits, assessments, and compliance matters.
# Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
