Responsibilities:
Verify, create, modify and update clients form 5500 filing and provide support to Auditors file their Audits with IRS and DOL. Employee should also be able to handle and help clients / individual customers within defined SLA
Reporting relationship:
This position will report to Associate Manager- Operations
Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience on Compliance, Form 5500 Filing and audits.

Should have good written and verbal communication

Analyze details to determine appropriate action needed in term of processing the transactions.

Consult available resources including technical documentation, updates, computer system application features, coworkers and Mentors to perform daily task. Make suggestions for improvement in procedures/processes

Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations that results in increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG

Qualifications:
Education:GraduateBachelors degree (any stream)
Other:Good knowledge of pension, retirement Domain and Industry. Retirement and Financial Institution experience preferred
Additional Information:
Skill Set:

Strong Working knowledge on MS Office tools specifically Advance MS Excel.

Minimum of 1-5 years experience in back office. Insurance and Financial Institution experience preferred.
