As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Own and deliver monthly disbursal targets for the city ( Cr)
- Drive lead conversion from App and open-market referrals
- Track and improve lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal funnel metrics
- Build and manage a network of local referral partners, brokers, and connectors
- Partner with local influencers, developers, and agents to widen lead funnel
- Work closely with bank/NBFC counterparts to drive file movement and disbursals
- Liaise with central ops, credit and product for escalations and TATs
