Bid Manager (BPO 5/6)
Bid Management of complete RFX deliverables –
o Prepare & present Deal Brief. o Get SPOCs aligned specific to the scope.
o Prepare RASCI & assign ownership of the deliverables.
o Work with the various solution teams to ensure qualitative solutions are delivered within stipulated timelines.
o Collaborate with multiple stakeholders – BPS, Industry units, Geo teams, etc.
o Align leadership review of solution & commercials.
o Set up sharepoint, cadence meetings.
o Capture & circulate MOM. o Create custom templates. o Maintain high levels of CSI o Manage and execute client visits end to end.
Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Business Process Services Ability to manage internal / external stakeholders. Strong understanding of various functions – F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement. Understanding of various industry verticals and its core business. Strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills Ability to write content aligned to the requirements.
