CRM Executive – FOID
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 20000 - 35000 per month ( Commensurate with experience and skills)
About the Role
FOID is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to handle walk in and first time clients, manage client communication, project follow-ups, and coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and CRM tools.
- Track customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Support project handovers and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, client coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in Interior Design or Furniture industry is an added advantage.
