Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital strategies across SEO, PPC
(Google/Meta/YouTube), property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), social
media, WhatsApp, email, and content marketing to drive traffic and leads for individual
residential projects.
- Own the full lead-to-site-visit-to-booking funnel: manage CRM pipelines, automate
WhatsApp Business API nurturing, and coordinate handoff to the sales and presales teams.
- Build and manage project microsites, landing pages, and immersive experiences (3D
virtual tours, drone/aerial content) that showcase property USPs and are RERA-compliant
in every market, including Dubai RERA where applicable.
- Oversee the digital team, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics (ROI, cost
per lead, cost per site visit, booking conversion, web traffic) using Google Analytics 4,
Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and
launch targeted, project-specific campaigns aligned to buyer personas and price segments.
- Monitor proptech and real estate marketing trends — AI-driven personalization, agentic
automation, digital twins, and emerging platforms — to keep Ceyone's campaigns ahead of
the market.
- Run and optimize paid media and programmatic campaigns, execute A/B tests on creative
and landing pages, and report KPIs to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with 4+ years in a leadership role,
preferably in real estate or property development.
- Proven track record managing budgets over $500K and delivering 20%+ YoY growth in
leads, site visits, or sales.
- Expertise in Google Ads, SEO tools, social platforms, and real estate CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities for managing 5–10 member teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making using Google Analytics
4, Tag Manager, and CRM reporting dashboards.
- Creative strategist skilled in content personalization for high-value, high-consideration real
estate audiences.
- Excellent communication for stakeholder alignment with CMO, sales leadership, and
channel partners.
- Working knowledge of RERA regulations and property advertising compliance across
Indian states and Dubai.

Technology & Tools Requirements (Current Industry Trends)
Hands-on or working knowledge across the following proptech and martech categories is
required:
- Real Estate CRM & MarTech: Salesforce Real Estate Cloud, HubSpot, or Zoho for lead
scoring, pipeline automation, and nurture workflows.
- Paid Media & Analytics: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager,
programmatic/DSP platforms, and SEO tools
- Conversational & WhatsApp Marketing: WhatsApp Business API tools and AI chatbots
for instant lead response and qualification.
- Property Portal Management: Listing optimization and lead tracking on 99acres,
MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
- AI & Automation: Experience with AI-driven personalization, predictive lead scoring,
generative AI for ad creative and content, and early adoption of agentic AI tools for
campaign optimization.
- Compliance & Reporting: Familiarity with RERA-compliant ad disclosures (India) and
reporting/dashboard tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Indian real estate market, including regulatory nuances for property
advertising.
- Experience with international campaigns, MarTech stacks (HubSpot, Marketo), and AI
driven personalization at scale.
- Prior experience running WhatsApp-led lead generation programs for real estate
developers.
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent
proptech/martech certifications.
Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per month
