Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for a resort project. The role includes effective manpower handling, daily progress monitoring, and ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with MEP and civil teams to support smooth project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC works, including supervisory role
- Proven experience in manpower management and daily site reporting
- Ability to manage and coordinate technicians and subcontractors on-site.
- Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, ducting, ventilation, and air distribution
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and HVAC
- Experienced in managing teams at construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Selected candidate should be work in Maldives.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
