Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Manager – Admin
Admin Team Management
· Oversee and guide the Admin Team
· Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
· Maintain departmental reporting structure and review task completion status regularly.
· Coordination with other departments for smooth running of works
Maintenance Department Oversight
· Manage and supervise the Maintenance team
· Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedules and timely breakdown response.
· Maintain asset and equipment logs with proper AMC coordination.
· DG record maintenance knowledge will be preferred.
Facility Management
· Supervise Housekeeping, Pantry, and Security teams for daily operations and hygiene standards.
· Ensure shift schedules, duty rosters, and attendance tracking for all support staff.
· Monitor cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of office premises.
Reception & Front Office Management
· Directly manage and guide Receptionist for front desk operations, visitor handling, and call coordination.
· Ensure adherence to visitor protocols and entry/exit register compliance.
IT Coordination (Non-Technical)
· Provide support and coordination for non-technical IT issues and process guidance to the IT Team
· Act as a communication bridge for IT support requirements from internal departments.
Vendor & Asset Management
· Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and service requirements.
· Monitor purchase requisitions, approvals, and delivery timelines.
· Maintain asset records, issuance, and disposal logs.
Documentation and Reporting
· Maintain proper documentation for all admin-related processes, SOPs, and registers (visitors, transport, material gate pass, etc.).
Support in Event & Facility Setup
· Handle arrangements for company events, meetings, audits, and inspections.
· Ensure logistics and hospitality coordination.
Compliance & Safety
· Ensure compliance with fire safety, security protocols, and workplace hygiene standards.
· Regularly check emergency exits, signage, and first-aid availability.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
