We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Social Media Executive with around 6 months of hands-on experience to join our growing digital marketing team. Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO):
- On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and image alt text for target keywords.
- Off-Page SEO: Assist in building high-quality backlinks, directory submissions, and outreach activities.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research using tools (like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush) to identify ranking opportunities.
- Technical SEO Support: Help identify and fix website errors, broken links, and page speed issues.
- Reporting: Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Social Media Management:
- Content Creation & Planning: Design engaging social media posts, captions, and hashtags for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Scheduling & Posting: Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting across channels.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and build active interactions with the audience to increase brand loyalty.
- Trend Tracking: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, meme culture, and platform algorithms to maximize reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Management (internships or professional roles count).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and image creation tool.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
