Job Summary
Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Land Survey Executive who will be responsible for conducting land surveys, taking accurate measurements, maintaining survey records, and supporting land-related site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys as per project requirements.
- Take accurate measurements of land, boundaries, levels, and site dimensions.
- Use surveying instruments and equipment effectively.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and measurement records.
- Verify land boundaries and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other team members.
- Monitor and record changes in site conditions.
- Ensure accuracy of survey data and documentation.
- Perform regular site visits and provide updates to management.
- Follow company safety guidelines and site procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Graduation in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Fresher candidates can also apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of land surveying and measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc. will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project/site locations when required.
- Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.
