About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Enterprise Sales Manager who can identify, build, and grow mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hunting new opportunities, understands enterprise buying behaviour, and can translate business challenges into solution-led conversations.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and deal shaping to closure and account growth - while working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Hunting
- Identify, target, and acquire new Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts for Inzuscene
- Drive new logo acquisition consistently on a month-to-month basis aligned to sales quotas
- Build a strong and qualified pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and partnerships
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Demonstrate strong hunting skills with a proactive, opportunity-creation mindset
2. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Own revenue targets including acquisition, revenue maximization, and client retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across ERP, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions
- Develop and execute account growth strategies for key clients
3. Consultative & Value-Based Selling
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business pain points
- Position ERP/business applications and IT solutions aligned to customer outcomes
- Translate client requirements into compelling value propositions and solution narratives
- Conduct strategic pitches, presentations, and executive discussions
4. Deal Management & Commercial Ownership
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Work on deal-based P&L, ensuring profitability and commercial viability
- Lead RFP/RFI responses with structured win strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning, pricing, and delivery alignment
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop data-driven sales strategies and territory plans
- Continuously refine go-to-market approaches based on insights and performance

- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Experience in ERP / Business Applications selling (IFS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly desirable
- Experience in working with sales tools like hub-spot and sales methodology for ex. MEDDIC
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development (ERP, IT solutions, or similar domains)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A Go-getter, Self-motivated individual with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proficiency in local language, location – Kolkata.
