Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Case Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with database management and SQL for data manipulation. - Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools to ensure code quality. - Ability to work with version control systems for code management.
