Job Brief
We are seeking a cost-conscious, detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage daily financial transactions at our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, managing basic plant vendor payments, and ensuring essential statutory compliance.
## Key Responsibilities
* Daily Ledger Entries: Record basic plant transactions, purchase bills, material receipts, and sales invoices directly into Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
* Inventory Control & Billing: Verify plant Goods Received Notes (GRN) and purchase orders before booking, while assisting in basic stock ledger maintenance.
* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process factory vendor invoices, track local customer outstanding payments, and issue payment reminders.
* Banking Operations: Perform routine bank reconciliations and manage daily physical petty cash for factory-floor operational expenses. [6, 8]
* Basic Statutory Support: Assist senior team members with data preparation for monthly GST invoicing, E-way bills, and TDS calculations.
* Administrative Duty: Maintain well-organized physical and digital archives of invoices, vouchers, and tax documents for audit readiness.
Requirements & Skills
* Education: Diploma/Graduate degree in commerce (B.Com) or related field is mandatory.
* Experience: 0 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience (Prior exposure to small-scale manufacturing units is a plus).
* Software: Mandatory working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
* Language: Functional communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English to coordinate with local factory staff and vendors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
