The Vistex Associate Manager – HR Operations who brings strong experience in managing HR Shared Services HR Shared Services function supports a multi-country APAC workforce and operates as a true centre of excellence structured, process-driven, and closely integrated with our global HR model. We are looking for an Associate Manager - HR Operations who understands what it means to run a high-performing HR Shared Services team in a GCC or IT services environment.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end employee lifecycle ownership - from offer and onboarding through to exit and full-and-final settlement - in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Hands-on HRIS experience in UKG (formerly Kronos / Ultimate Software) is a strong advantage.
- Practical experience in benefits administration -insurance, flexible benefit plans, statutory benefits - including enrolment cycles, vendor coordination, and employee communication.
- Working knowledge of India labour law and statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, Bonus Act, Gratuity, POSH, Maternity Benefit Act, Shops & Establishment Act - with experience maintaining compliance records and supporting audits.
- Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data validation, Macros and dashboard-level workbooks.
- Strong PowerPoint skills; comfortable preparing leadership-ready decks independently.
- A working knowledge of payroll — inputs, statutory deductions, vendor coordination, and reconciliation — sufficient to review, question, and eventually lead the function. Prior hands-on payroll experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in HRM preferred.

7 - 10 years: Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience, including at least 2 years leading or supervising a team.

Proven experience in a GCC, IT, or technology services company -with an understanding of how shared services HR functions are structured and measured.
