Role Purpose
To manage project costs, prepare BOQ, control budgets, and ensure work is completed within approved cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimates
- Check drawings and calculate material quantities
- Prepare tender documents & rate analysis
- Handle billing, client invoices, and subcontractor bills
- Monitor project budget and cost control
- Track material consumption & wastage
- Prepare variation statements / extra items
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, and procurement
- Maintain measurement sheets and project cost reports
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ preparation
- Understanding of construction drawings & specifications
- Strong calculation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of billing formats (RA bills, final bills)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
