Zyga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Process Associate – US Healthcare to join our growing operations team. We are looking for professionals with strong domain knowledge in US healthcare processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflows independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US healthcare process workflows accurately and efficiently
- Review and process healthcare-related documentation and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for process completion
- Ensure quality and compliance with client guidelines and SOPs
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Support reporting and status tracking activities
- Handle escalations and complex cases independently
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare processes
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and documentation
- Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in home health / medical billing / insurance processes is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
