About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stores Executive to manage inventory, material handling, stock monitoring, and store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control and warehouse/store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, stock registers, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and internal departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Maintain ERP/software entries related to inventory and store operations.
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards within the store area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse/inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.
- Experience using ERP/software for stock management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, manufacturing, or industrial stores management.
- Knowledge of stock audit and inventory control procedures.
