Product Explanation: Detail policy features, benefits, and premium costs clearly.
Sales Closure: Handle objections, answer queries, and close policy sales.
CRM Updates: Maintain accurate logs of client calls and follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualification & Skills :
Graduate in any Stream
0-2 years experience in telecalling or sales.
Strong communication
Fluency in Hindi and English.

1 Lac 25 Thousand To 1 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
