We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and create a positive first impression for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor registrations and maintain the visitor log.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and packages.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams for smooth office operations.
- Assist HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and follow office protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Front Office Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a corporate office environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
