We are looking for a Senior Prosthetist & Orthotist who not only delivers strong clinical outcomes but also understands the impact of right product integration in patient recovery.
About the role:
This is not a conventional clinical role
- Delivering evidence-based prosthetic & orthotic solutions
- Enhancing patient mobility, function and quality of life
- Driving growth of our prosthetics & orthotics product vertical
You will also be responsible for Clinical Excellence
- Conduct foot assessments using clinical knowledge of neurology
- Evaluate gait and posture alignment with pathology insights
- Prescription, fitting and alignment of devices
- Outcome-driven follow-ups and adjustments
- Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care plans
Product Vertical Growth
- Identifying opportunities for device recommendations
- Supporting business growth through informed clinical decisions
- Tracking patient outcomes, conversions and follow-ups
Who this role is for
- 5+years of hands-on experience as an Orthotist for advanced responsibilities ( custom devices and patient evaluation) device design and fabrication, fittings, record-keeping, collaboration with doctors and follow ups.
- Comfortable engaging with patients beyond just treatment
- Interest in combining healthcare with business impact
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
