Job Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Student Advisor to connect with prospective students, provide counselling, and convert leads into enrollments. This is a target-based sales role involving calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Handle lead conversion and sales closures
- Maintain data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team for better conversions
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0–4 years of experience in sales / inside sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Comfortable with target-driven environment
Additional Info
- Preferred: Experience in EdTech sales
- Languages: English + regional languages (preferred)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
