Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in assigned territory
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner network
- Identify new business opportunities in electrical contractors, builders, and industrial sectors
- Conduct regular client visits for order generation and relationship management
- Promote and sell cable and wire products to B2B customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, accounts, production) for smooth order execution
- Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer database
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of sales experience in cable/wire or electrical industry
- Strong knowledge of cable products (LT/HT cables, control cables, etc.) preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
