Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ETP Operator to join our team at the Dr. Reddy's, Baddi site. The candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ETP plant, monitoring process parameters, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and maintaining smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ETP, RO, UF, and MBR systems.
- Monitor plant parameters including pH, TDS, Conductivity, Flow, and other treatment process parameters.
- Perform chemical dosing and maintain chemical consumption records.
- Carry out routine inspection of pumps, blowers, valves, and other equipment.
- Perform CEB and CIP activities for membrane systems as per schedule.
- Maintain daily log sheets, operational reports, and shift records.
- Coordinate preventive and minor breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices within the plant.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize plant downtime.
- Ensure treated water quality meets the required standards.
