Responsibilities
1. Handle CIS/International holiday tour inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2C/B2B clients, distributors, and partners.
3. Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social platforms, and other channels.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and destination offerings.
5. Meet the company expectations and resolve client concerns.
6. Design customized travel packages, itineraries, and holiday packages and coordinate with our team.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years international sales experience in CIS markets (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
