Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage the sales function for our residential apartment projects. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving flat bookings, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring a smooth customer acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team handling residential projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Drive lead generation, customer conversion, and booking numbers.
- Monitor sales enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and closure rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Plan and execute property launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Create sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with builders/developers.
- Proven track record of achieving apartment sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of property sales cycles and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Guide the team on presentations, negotiations, and customer handling.
- Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Develop channel partner networks and drive referral sales.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market.
- Experience in CRM, sales reporting, and MIS.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
