- Supervise and execute layout development works including:
- Roads
- Storm water drains
- Water supply pipelines
- Sewerage networks
- Electrical ducting
- Compound walls
- Culverts
- Landscaping infrastructure
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
- Verify contractor measurements and billing.
- Conduct quality inspections for civil works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Manage manpower, materials, and machinery effectively.
- Coordinate soil testing, leveling, and site surveys.
- Resolve technical issues at site.
- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MBs, inspection reports, and work permits.
- Monitor project costs and minimize wastage.
- Ensure statutory approvals and compliance with local development authority regulations.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech in Civil
3-5 Years of experience in layouts development
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
