About the Role:
We are seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer with 1–3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid traffic campaigns for affiliate offers, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling profitable traffic sources while maintaining target ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across various paid traffic channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, EPC, and conversion rates.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and offer testing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Identify new traffic sources, verticals, and affiliate opportunities.
- Track campaign performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, platform policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience with paid traffic sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, Push Ads, Pop Traffic, or DSP platforms.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and revenue-sharing models.
- Experience with tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, Thrive, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with landing page testing, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running campaigns in verticals such as Finance, E-commerce, Lead Generation, Utilities, Mobile Apps, Gaming, or Sweepstakes.
- Knowledge of cloaking, tracking setup, postbacks, and conversion attribution is a plus.
- Experience scaling campaigns across international markets.
