Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality offline training for IELTS (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) and Spoken English.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions to improve students’ fluency and confidence.
- Assess students’ performance and provide personalised feedback and improvement strategies.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with IELTS standards.
- Conduct mock tests and speaking evaluations regularly.
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their target band scores.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or any related field.
- IELTS overall band score of 7.0 or above (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior teaching/training experience in IELTS or Spoken English (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students of different proficiency levels.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in classroom management.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and materials.
