Training Period :
Duration: 15 days
During the training period, candidates will work on a performance and incentive-based model.
Incentive Structure:
✅ Achieve 5 Sales during the training period and earn ₹20,000 Incentive.

Confirmation & Salary Structure:
Candidates achieving the target during the training period will be considered for confirmation as a permanent employee.
Final salary after confirmation will depend on overall performance, communication skills, and target achievement.
Expected salary range after confirmation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
