Job Overview:
Middleton Inn is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee overall operations of both the hotel and banquet division (Middleton Chambers). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team leadership across both verticals.
Key Responsibilities – Hotel Operations (Middleton Inn):
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance
Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
Monitor occupancy rates and implement revenue strategies
Develop and execute sales & marketing plans
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Key Responsibilities – Banquet Operations (Middleton Chambers):
Supervise banquet bookings, event planning, and execution
Coordinate with clients for weddings, corporate events, and social functions
Ensure smooth event operations from setup to completion
Monitor banquet sales targets and profitability
Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction
Oversee vendor coordination and event logistics
Leadership & Strategic Role:
Drive overall revenue growth for both hotel and banquet
Build strong corporate and event client relationships
Maintain brand reputation and market positioning
Prepare monthly performance and financial reports
Implement operational improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel management (banquet experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and decision-making ability
Financial management and revenue strategy knowledge
Hospitality industry expertise

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
