Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and coordinate the day-to-day execution of OOH advertising campaigns. The role involves campaign planning, vendor coordination, site execution, installation monitoring, documentation and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers and installation teams for timely campaign execution.
- Plan and schedule printing, mounting, installation and removal of creatives.
- Monitor campaign sites and ensure proper display and maintenance.
- Maintain campaign records, booking details and execution reports.
- Prepare and share installation photographs and campaign completion reports.
- Coordinate with the client servicing and finance teams for smooth campaign operations.
- Track vendor Purchase Orders, work orders and operational expenses.
- Resolve on-ground execution issues and ensure quick corrective action.
- Ensure campaigns are executed as per timelines and client requirements.
- Maintain and update media inventory and campaign trackers.
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and operational management skills.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel , MS Powerpoint and basic reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
