Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Inside Sales Manager who can independently manage enterprise enquiries, coordinate with internal departments, supervise team execution, and ensure operational discipline across the inside sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who:

The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Head and will play a key role in strengthening IndiaRENTALZ’s operational and sales structure.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and supervise inside sales executives and customer engagement teams
- Monitor daily lead handling and customer communication quality
- Ensure timely follow-ups and response discipline
- Train and guide team members on communication, process, and sales handling
- Maintain accountability and team productivity
Enterprise Sales Coordination
- Handle enterprise and corporate rental enquiries
- Coordinate quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with leadership on strategic deals
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and coordination
- Support enterprise account growth and repeat business
Process & CRM Management
- Ensure proper and timely CRM updates and lead tracking
- Monitor sales pipeline and follow-up status
- Maintain sales and operations turnaround timelines
- Improve sales process efficiency and reporting systems
- Ensure process compliance across the team
Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, support, procurement, and accounts teams
- Ensure proper execution of deliveries and customer commitments
- Handle escalations and operational coordination professionally
- Maintain alignment between departments
Reporting & Operational Monitoring
- Prepare sales and operational reports
- Monitor team KPIs and conversion ratios
- Track pending enquiries, escalations, and customer issues
- Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- B2B Sales
- Enterprise Inside Sales
- IT Hardware / IT Services
- SaaS / Telecom / Technology Solutions
- Business Operations
- Corporate Client Coordination
Preferred Background
