Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, coordinate with internal departments, manage inventory records, and deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, inventory, and customer service teams.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery products.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and head office for operational requirements.
- Maintain operational reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Supervise cash handling, billing support, and daily closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and support the showroom team.
- Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and overall showroom presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
