Outlet Manager / F&B Manager – Rasam Podi (Mumbai)
Rasam Podi is looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
- Lead and supervise service and kitchen staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Act on behalf of the owner when required.
- Report operational issues and provide solutions.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock control.
- Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant, café, or QSR management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of operations, inventory, and basic accounting.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Someone who takes ownership and treats the business as their own.
