1. Role Overview
The Paperwork Executive handles all documentation, approvals, and compliance paperwork for solar projects. You’ll ensure smooth flow of files between internal teams, clients, vendors, and government authorities so projects don’t get stuck due to missing documents.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Project Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain files for tenders, proposals, contracts, BOQs, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with DISCOM, CEIG, MNRE, and local authorities for net metering, commissioning, and subsidy paperwork.
- Client Coordination: Collect required documents from clients for site survey, agreement, and installation. Follow up on pending items.
- Vendor & Procurement Docs: Manage vendor quotations, agreements, delivery challans, and payment tracking.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain updated records in Excel/Google Sheets. Prepare weekly status reports for management.
- Archiving: Digitize and archive all project documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Billing Support: Assist accounts team with documentation needed for invoicing and payment processing.
3. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline in B.Com/BBA preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers with good MS Office skills can apply.
- Skills:
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication in English + local language
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of business documentation and compliance processes
4. Key Skills
- Document management and filing systems
- Follow-up and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle deadlines and multiple projects at once
- Basic knowledge of solar industry documentation is a plus
5. Work Location
- Office-based in. Occasional visits to bank, DISCOM, or client offices for document submission.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
