Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front office. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and prospective property buyers/sellers.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for real estate agents and managers.
- Maintain visitor logs and front-desk records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and emails.
- Assist in preparing property documents, agreements, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Update client information and property databases.
- Support marketing activities such as distributing brochures and property information.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
