Job Summary
Lab IQ is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base in the diagnostics sector. This role involves lead generation, conversion, client onboarding, and managing payment receivables, while building strong relationships with healthcare partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates).
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct meetings, and close sales.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding, including agreements and documentation.
- Track and follow up on payment receivables.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
