Crowd Tester (Freelance / Part-Time) – 3-Month Project
Job Description
We are looking for freelance, part-time, idle regular AI users to participate in a 3-month Crowd Testing & Data Collection Project.
The project involves testing a Chrome browser extension that monitors and captures user interactions with AI tools and supported web applications. The objective is to evaluate the extension's functionality, data capture accuracy, usability, reliability, and overall user experience across a diverse group of users.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure the Chrome browser extension as per the provided instructions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and similar platforms during your regular work or browsing activities while the extension runs in the background.
- Validate the accuracy of the data captured by the plugin and report any discrepancies or tracking issues.
- Identify and report bugs, performance issues, UI/UX problems, and unexpected behaviours using the prescribed reporting format.
- Submit brief weekly reports summarising your usage, observations, and issues encountered.
- Participate in periodic feedback sessions or discussions with the product team to share insights and suggestions.
- Follow the testing guidelines and complete assigned activities throughout the 3-month engagement.
Requirements
- Google Chrome browser (latest version) installed on a Windows or macOS desktop/laptop.
- Regular and active user of one or more AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to commit to consistent daily browser usage for a period of 3 months.
- Comfortable installing browser extensions and granting the required permissions.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to clearly document issues and observations.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop.
- Willingness to participate in periodic feedback sessions and submit weekly reports.
