We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage and develop the Sales and Marketing Department of our tour and transfer company.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize tours, airport transfers, private transportation, and customer bookings.
- Manage daily sales and marketing activities.
- Develop relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase company revenue.
- Prepare quotations, packages, contracts, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with drivers, guides, suppliers, and customers.
- Manage social media, online promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in tourism, transportation, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, booking systems, and social media.
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage a busy schedule.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.
