As the Sales Head for our IT operations, you will lead and oversee all sales activities to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This is a pivotal role requiring a dynamic leader with extensive experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and sales closure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities
● Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets.
● Client Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth.
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring successful execution of strategies.
● Sales & Market Expansion: Drive new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and expanding the company's footprint internationally.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
● Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring successful deal closures while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
● Adaptability to Time Zones: Be flexible to work across different time zones based on business requirements, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups with international clients.
